Founded in 2008, Moove entered the European market in July 2012, setting up its European Headquarters and production facility, in the UK. Moove divisions are split between Moove Europe and Moove Americas. Moove Europe is present in the UK, Portugal, Spain and France, while Moove Americas operates in Brasil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina and United States of America.

To increase the efficiency of the ITSM function, the Zendesk implementation focused on multi lingual offerings, automation of approval processes and cross organisation collaboration and integrated asset management. The introduction of web forms allowed the team to reduce handle time by allowing employees to request service with all required information provided.
